God My King

Worship before the answer.

It's easy to worship when everything makes sense.

The deeper question is:

Can I still call Him King when it doesn't?

God My King is a declaration that God's position in my life isn't determined by my circumstances.

He doesn't become good because my day was good.

He doesn't stop being faithful because I don't understand what He's doing.

He is God. He is King. And He is worthy.

That's what this song means to me.
